About Us

Compassionate Care Credit Union has been serving the Fond du Lac healthcare community since 1970. Originally founded as St. Agnes Employees Credit Union, we officially became Compassionate Care Credit Union in 2018 to better reflect our mission and values.

Today, our field of membership includes SSM Health Greater Fond du Lac employees, their families, and professionals working throughout the healthcare field, from hospitals and clinics to dental, veterinary, chiropractic, pharmacy, emergency medical, and wellness services. As a member-owned, not-for-profit credit union, we are guided by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by our members.

Our mission: Compassion in Action, shapes everything we do. We are committed to providing attentive service, honest guidance, and financial solutions tailored to the needs of our community. By returning profits to our members through lower loan rates and higher dividend rates, we ensure that every member relationship is built on care, respect, and trust.
